One of our technology specialists, explains the complete process. “GENAQ atmospheric water generators take air through a fan, filtering it in two stages to achieve the highest purity. Then, the air passes through a condensation chamber where, thanks to the exchange of temperatures, the air reaches values ​​below the dew point (the highest temperature at which steam turns into water). That air is condensed, generating drops that will fall, by gravity, into a tray completely clean and treated”.

By that time, the water is not drinkable yet. To be suitable for human consumption, it undergoes an essential filtration process. GENAQ specialist explains that, inside our generators, “there are stages through which generated water circulates. These are: sediments, ultrafiltration, activated carbon and mineralization filters. These filters, in addition to the double filtration of the air, clean the water that is created from the humidity”. Sediment filter is responsible for retaining solid particles and improving water clarity; ultrafiltration works by retaining viruses, bacteria, colloids and suspended particles; activated carbon ensures that the water generated is tasteless and odorless, as well as the reduction of free chloride present in the water; and, thanks to the mineralization, we correct water PH.
