Equality plan
Organic Law 3/2007, of 22 March, on the Effective Equality Plan between Women and Men, aims to make effective the right to equal treatment and equal opportunities between women and men by eliminating discrimination on the grounds of sex, regardless of any circumstance or condition, in all areas of life and, in particular, in the workplace, where it proposes measures to promote the reconciliation of personal, working and family life.
As a result, GENAQ has approved this Equality Plan based on the conviction that non-discrimination, equality and the reconciliation of family, working and personal life lead to a better quality of life for the company’s human capital, thereby helping to increase productivity and resulting in greater overall satisfaction within the organisation.
Likewise, GENAQ has an Anti-Harassment at Work Protocol as the procedure to be followed in order to establish the necessary preventive measures against any type of harassment in the workplace, creating a working environment that respects employees’ dignity and in which any unlawful harassment or discrimination is eradicated, in order to prevent the significant impact of such situations on their health, morale, confidence and self-esteem.
