This LGTBIQA+ Protocol is the instrument through which the company establishes and implements the necessary measures and procedures to prevent and address any situation of discrimination or harassment based on sexual orientation, gender identity or gender expression, with the aim of ensuring equal treatment and a safe, respectful and inclusive working environment for all individuals.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT
Communications may be submitted through any of the following channels:
- Through the internal whistleblowing channel published on the website (preferred method).
- Email (internalreporting@genaq.com)
- Paper format / postal mail (it may be submitted using the downloadable template. However, if it is sent anonymously, this may hinder an adequate investigation and collaboration with the reporting person, as it prevents contact from being made with them).
