Internal whistleblowing channel
The Internal Information Channel is the general system established by the company for the receipt and confidential management of communications, complaints or reports relating to potential regulatory breaches, irregular conduct or situations contrary to internal policies.
This channel acts as a single and centralised entry point, allowing for the appropriate initial assessment of the facts and their subsequent referral to the competent body, committee or specific procedure, whether in matters of criminal compliance, equality, LGTBIQA+ diversity or other applicable areas, while ensuring at all times confidentiality, protection of the reporting person and the absence of retaliation.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REPORT
Communications may be submitted through any of the following channels:
- Through the internal whistleblowing channel published on the website (preferred method).
- Email (internalreporting@genaq.com)
- Paper format / postal mail (it may be submitted using the downloadable template. However, if it is sent anonymously, this may hinder an adequate investigation and collaboration with the reporting person, as it prevents contact from being made with them).
