Quality policy

The Management of GENAQ TECHNOLOGIES SL participates in the development of its Integrated Management System, based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards applied to its activities of “Design, Marketing and After-sales service of Atmospheric Water Generators”, through the definition, implementation, and monitoring of the company’s Quality and Environmental Policy. This Policy is appropriate to the purpose and context of the organization, taking into account the nature, magnitude, and environmental impacts of its activities, products, and services, and is aligned with its strategic direction.

This Quality and Environmental Policy provides a reference framework for the planning and review of the organization’s objectives, ensuring that they are measurable and consistent with the company’s business strategy. Management establishes as main objectives the full satisfaction of customers, compliance with applicable requirements, including legal and other environmental requirements, environmental protection and the sustainability of the Company.

Thereby, GENAQ Management is committed to the achievement of the following Specific Objetives:

• Continuously improve the quality of our products and the Integrated Management System, in order to ensure compliance with the needs and expectations of our customers, as well as legal and other applicable requirements.
• Protect the environment through pollution prevention and the responsible use of natural resources, promoting sustainable practices and reducing the potential environmental impacts of our activities and products.
• Prevent and eliminate errors in the job functions, developing an effective control of the processes, and of existing and potential non-conformities in order to avoid negative impacts on the clients and the environment.
• Ensure adequate infrastructure and technical means, as a factor that influences the product quality.
• Motivate, train, and empower employees on a personalized way in their professional development, enhancing their teamwork attitude, and internal communication, so that they are involved in the achievement of Quality Goals.
• Maintain continuous collaboration and communication with all our stakeholders so we are aware of their requirements and are able to respond to them.
